We want you to love your RDF MEDIAS purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return
- Email us at rdfmedias@gmail.com with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Pack your items in original packaging (or any box)
- Drop off at any USPS location
- Refund processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging (if possible)
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Exchanges
Need a different size? Exchanges are 100% freeand processed immediately. We'll ship your new size as soon as we receive your return.
Pre-Order Returns
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before shipping. Once shipped, standard 30-day return policy applies.
